🔑 T104 — Get AES Session Key

Requests a fresh AES key from URA and saves it to the database for use by all other modules.

✅ Active session found in database.
AES Key (hex): 766f4a1273aac1150ded6feb2b878a1c

All modules (T119, T109, etc.) will use this key automatically. You only need to re-run T104 if the session expires or you get decryption errors.

Run T104

Connects to URA EFRIS, exchanges RSA keys, and retrieves the AES session key. The key is stored in efris_sessions table and used by all subsequent requests.
